PCHS TROJAN SCHOLARS FOR SEPTEMBER

P. Drains

Patrice Drains

The Trojan Scholar female for September is Patrice Drains. Patrice is a senior at Peach County High School where she is the HOSA President, a member of the BETA Club, Outspoken Literary Club and is a Golden Girl. She has received A or A+ Honor Roll and is a UGA Merit Scholar. Following graduation, she will attend Florida A&M University to major in Nursing. Patrice is the daughter of Amanda Drains and Anthony Drains. She has one brother, Anthony Drains. Her grandparents are Diane Ross, the late Anthony Drains, Dorthy Townes and Dan Williams.

 

K. Wilds

Kaleb Wilds

The Trojan Scholar male for September is Kaleb Wilds. Kaleb is a senior at Peach County High School where he is a member of BETA Club, FBLA and the Soccer Team. He is also Dual Enrolled at Middle Georgia State University. He has been on the A+ Honor Roll throughout his school years, he is a 2021 recipient of the UGA Certificate of Merit and a National Rural and Small Town Recognition Scholar. Following graduation, he hopes to attend college to major in Sports Medicine. Kaleb is the son of Salim and Shinako Wilds. He is the grandson of Mikoto and Mikel Wilds. Kaleb shares, “I plan on using soccer to help get into college.”

S. Barajas

Stephanie Barajas

The Trojan Scholar female for August is Stephanie Barajas. Stephanie is a senior at Peach County High School where she is The Drum Major for the PCHS Marching Band, a member of the Tennis Team, FBLA and is a BETA Club Officer. Following graduation, she plans to attend the University of Georgia to major in Business Management and International Business. Stephanie is the daughter of Antonio and Maria Barajas. She has two sisters, Daniela and Valeria. Her grandparents are Antonio and Maria Lourdes Barajas and Maria de Jesus and Alfonso Morales.

Stephanie would like to share: “I’m grateful and proud to represent the Hispanic community and have hard work and dedication.”

 

 

M. Cunningham

Maxwell Cunningham

The Trojan Scholar male for August is Maxwell Cunningham. Maxwell is a senior at Peach County High School. Following graduation, he plans to attend Middle Georgia State University where he plans to major in Computer Science. He is the son of Michelle and Timothy Cunningham. He has one sister, Lily Lane. He is the grandson of Kirstin and David Woodford and Charles and Eunice Cunningham.
